5/27/19 hopefully back

It has been just less than a year since my last post.  This past year has been something else.  Got busy this summer then tore a Ligament in my foot September First.  Injections in my elbows in August.  I have been developing arthritis all over in just about every joint.  I have only exercised at most 3 or 4 times a month since October.  The ligament is healed but with a mass of scar tissue.  Just found out from 2nd MRI that the interior sesamoid bone never fused as a child and is now under a stress reaction and is as irritated as it was in September.  They are now talking surgery to remove the bones.
I have rested long enough.  I am pulling the trigger and will be jumping back into regular exercise.  I am taking a calcium and magnesium supplement to aid in the bone healing.  So here we go.

5/27/19 - Daniel called to get me in to workout.
We did upper body super sets.

4 round couplet reps 12-12-10-8
Bench Press 135 - 145 - 155 - 175
Seated upright rows on new machine
1 min rest between couplet

2 min rest between super set

3 Round Couplet Reps 12 - 12 - 10
Incline Dumbbell Bungee pulls w/ 35lbs dumbbells
Supine Rows
1 min rest between couplet

2 min rest between super set

3 Round triplet different reps per exercise
Pull-ups 14 - 12 - 10

Triceps Extensions 12 - 12 - 10
Laying on bench caber bar @ 65lbs

Spider Curls - Burn out w/ 25lbs dumbbells

1 min rest between triplets

I am posting this days later and still sore.  I’m in terrible shape.  This killed me.  The pull-ups were everything I could do to get done.  Good to be back in the room with Daniel.
