3 Rounds
10 Double armed KB Squats Racked on Shoulders @ 50lbs each arm
10 Box Step ups @ 50lbs each arm
These exercises to be completed together. Squat followed  by single Leg step up.  Alternating legs on step up.

15 Wall Ball @ 20lbs med ball
15 Overhead Lunges @ 20lbs med ball
