25 Dumbbell weighted step ups 30 lbs each arm, 26in box
5 Thrusters @ 135lbs

Total time w/ rest : 19:54

2 days in a row with D.  Been too long. Felt good.  Of course everything is exhausted.  We were going to go with 1 min recovery.  We went 2 min.
