11/23/12 Jump Rope, KB Swings, SDLHP, Crunches

Biked 30+ minutes with Missy

Both puppies did great with commands.  I let them set the pace they ran the whole time at a solid pace picking it up every once in a while.  Neither of them even looked tired at the end.  Amazing.  We need to do this every day.
